   1. Developed and Patented the NVS Insulating Concrete system for re-roofing
   2. Developed and Patented the I-90 disc for use with the Zonolite Fastener and gained the first FM and UL I-90 Approval for roofing memberanes attached to a lightweight insulating concrete system

   4. Headed research on polystyrene beads used to manufacture expanded polystyrene board

2. Marketing Manager for Zonolite Roof Insulation Systems for 14 years for W. R. Grace Company
   1. Managed the marketing, research, and promotion of the Zonolite System of Lightweihgt Insulating Concrete
   2. Developed the "Engineerng Design Manual" for Zonolite Systems
   3. Added Insulcel cellular concrete system to the Zonolite Systems
   4. Added Zonocel concrete, a hybird of Insulcel and Zonolite aggregate, to the Zonolite Systems
   5. Created single source roofing membrane warranty program for Zonolite Systems
   6. Managed the Grace Warranty program for Built Up Roofing Membranes over Zonolite Systems
   7. Investigated ligitatioin claims made against Zonolite System products and applications
3. Manager of Siplast Roof Insulation Systems for Three Years
   1. Siplast purchsed the Zonolite System of products from W. R. Grace Company
   2. Intergrated the Zonolite System into the Siplast organization
   3. Established multiple manufacturing sites to better serve customers throughout the United States
   4. Managed regional product managers of the Siplast Roof Insulaiton business
   5. Presented program at RCI Annual Convention on "lightweight Insulating Concrete as a Choice Reroofing System"
